Oh, my, goodness! There are not enough words to praise the Platinum Plus team! My wife did the original screening of inspection companies. She has a keen sense of discernment (i.e., she can quickly judge the character of people). And she was spot-on. We spent all day at the house and it was like ants-at-a-picnic! Platinum Plus brought many inspectors that turned the place upside down and inside out! At the end of the day, Russell had the unenviable task of telling us "our baby was ugly!" (After all, that's what we were paying him to do!) Beyond being completely competent technically, Russell is a kind, gentle soul with impressive emotional intelligence. He helped us NOT be shocked by the length of the list. It was just very complete! Buying a house in a new state is stressful enough without dealing with less-than-pleasant contractors.
